Firm update · ATPM And Co formed by union of five practices

Effective 29 June 2026, five established Chartered Accountancy practices merged into one firm, subsequently renamed ATPM And Co.

AMMR & Associates, A B Agarwal & Associates, C N N & Associates, Poorvika & Associates and Triveni Gupta & Co merged with effect from 29 June 2026 to form a single practice.

By a supplementary deed dated 9 July 2026, the merged firm was renamed ATPM And Co, with its head office at Tangra, Kolkata and branches at Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

The combined bench brings audit, direct and indirect tax, RERA, forensic advisory and data-governance capability under one platform.
